HOW IT WORKS

From inquiry to rollout.

  1. Tell us what you need.

Share your organization, group size, teaching or product goals, and intended start date.

  2. Review a demo and scope.

We check devices, access, storage, instructor permissions, branding, and any custom development.

  3. Approve your quote.

Agree on pricing, responsibilities, support, and delivery milestones before setup begins.

  4. Start with a pilot.

Test the agreed workflow with a small group before expanding.

Before you get started.

Are teacher dashboards and branded embeds ready today?

The browser studio and project invitations already exist. Organization administration, class rosters, assignment dashboards, SSO, and branded embeds require separate scoping and development. They are not included automatically in the introductory estimates.

Can schools enroll children?

Discuss learner ages and your school's requirements during consultation. Standard Sodium accounts require users to meet the current account eligibility rules. Do not enroll ineligible learners or send student names, records, or other sensitive information through this form.

What devices and support are included?

Desktop Chrome is the recommended starting point. We review your devices, microphones, network, accessibility needs, and workflow during scoping. Introductory estimates include setup help and instructor email support; dedicated support, training, storage increases, and service-level agreements are quoted separately.

Can we use our own branding and sounds?

Business partnerships can include agreed branding and cleared sound libraries. Integration work, content rights, hosting, and any resale or distribution permissions must be specified in the written agreement.
